This innovative concept draws from the New Urbanism planning movement, providing look and feel of a traditional urban streetscape through the center of the community. The town center features a post office, day spa, business center, clubhouse and administrative office along the street level. Apartment homes are integrated into the first and second floors, along both sides of the main street. This concept integrates the larger living spaces and characteristic of single family living, with a full array of resident amenities and services offered in a professionally managed ZOM rental community. We are a pet friendly community, accepting large pets up to 75 pounds. Breed restrictions do apply.
